How the model is actually scoring

Measured from every graded selection in the settlement ledger — wins and losses both. Brier score and log loss judge the published probability, not just the win column: a model can be right more often than not and still be badly calibrated. Losing segments are listed first, with sample sizes, so you can see what is a real weakness and what is still noise.
