Privacy policy
This policy describes what Ascend Exponentially collects when you use this site, and what happens to it.
What is collected
- Account data. Your email address and authentication records, so you can sign in and so access to a desk can be tied to the right person.
- Purchase records. Which desk you bought, for which window, and the payment reference. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach Ascend servers.
- Usage data. Page views and product events, used to understand which parts of the site are useful. Assessment answers you submit are stored with your account so you can resume.
- Things you post. Messages you write in the member room, visible to other signed-in members.
Who processes it
Payments run through Stripe. Accounts, database records and file storage run on the hosting and backend platform behind this site. Site analytics run through Google Analytics. Each processor only receives what it needs for that function.
What is not done
Your personal data is not sold, and it is not shared with sportsbooks, brokerages or advertisers.
Retention and deletion
Account and purchase records are kept while your account exists and for as long as required for tax and dispute records afterwards. You can ask for your account and its data to be deleted at any time by contacting us — see the contact page. Purchase records required for accounting are retained even after deletion of the account itself.
Cookies and local storage
This site stores a session so you stay signed in, plus small preferences such as your reduced-motion choice and the last time you read the member room. Analytics cookies are used to measure traffic in aggregate.
