What you are buying

Access to one or more Ascend desks for a fixed window, paid once, upfront. Nothing renews and no card is stored for a future charge. When the window ends the desk locks; your account, order history and archives stay.

What the output is — and is not

Every pick, idea and build published here is a statistical projection with a stated probability. It is information and education, not financial, investment, tax or betting advice, and it is not a guarantee of any outcome. You are solely responsible for what you do with it. Where wagering is involved you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction — 21+ where applicable — and wagering must be legal where you are.

Acceptable use

• One account per person. Sharing credentials ends access without refund.
• Published picks, boards and reports are for your own use. Do not resell, redistribute or republish them, in whole or in part.
• Do not scrape, automate against, or attempt to bypass access controls on the site.
• In the member room: no harassment, no impersonation, no touting of third-party paid services.

Availability

Boards depend on third-party schedule and price feeds. When a feed is unavailable or a fixture cannot be verified, a board may publish short or not at all rather than publish something unverified. Live status is on the system status page.

Refunds

Access is delivered immediately and priced for a fixed window, so purchases are generally final. If a desk fails to deliver for a material part of your window, contact us and it will be made right — extension or refund.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ascend's total liability for any claim relating to your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for the access window in question. Ascend is not liable for wagering losses, investment losses or lost profits.
