What to include
A number looks wrong
If a price, line or fixture on a board looks wrong, say which board, which pick and what time you saw it. Boards rebuild every 15 minutes, so the timestamp matters.
Privacy or data deletion
Ask for your account and its data to be deleted, or for a copy of what is held. Purchase records required for accounting are retained.
